Help us recruit an awesome developer, and you get $10,000.  Yes, you read that right -- ten thousand dollars!  And, you'd be doing your friend a favor too, by getting them into a startup that was voted the #1 company to work for in the Boston area by the Boston Business Journal (Google was #2).

The rules are simple:

1. You must submit your referral  using the form below.  Just give us your name and email address along with the LinkedIn URL of the friend you are referring
2. The person you are referring must actually know you when we contact them.  It can't be a surprise to them. No one likes uncomfortable moments with strangers.  
3. You must be the first person to refer the candidate.  By submitting the form below, we will record the date and time of submission along with the candidate's name.  If you are referring multiple people, please fill out the form each time.
4. If you are a recruiter, that's all well and good, but this deal is $10,000 and not any contract, agreement, etc nor any percentage based commission.  It's $10,000 period.
5. This applies to Engineering (i.e. Developer, Designer and QA) positions only.  Oh, and did we mention, that they need to be *awesome*?

The fine print is that we will pay you 90 days after the person has held a full time Engineering position with us. If we hire the person as a contractor, which we often do to start, we will pay you no more than 120 days from their originating start date (including the contract period).
